The Costa Mesa Youth Soccer League exists to provide the best environment for children in our community to learn and grow through the game of soccer. Our vision is to become the very best youth sports organization. Our commitment to our young athletes is that we will provide a safe, nurturing and positive experience that focuses on their development as a player, a teammate, a person and a valued member of our community.
