Registration Instructions

Signing-up a full team - A player from the team must complete on-line registration through the PlayPass website by selecting a team registration option. Once registration is completed, a player from the team must e-mail the league office (WePlay@MeetPlayChill.com) with your team's roster including the following information:

Name
E-mail Address
Phone Number
Shirt Size

It is acceptable to take a few days to gather the required information from your teammates, but it must be submitted 4 business days prior to the league start date.

Signing-up a small group - If you and a few friends want to play together, we make it as easy as possible. Please register with the individual registration option. On the last question of registration, there will be a spot to list your the names of the other people in your group. Each person in your group will need to individually register as well. We will make sure to place you and the rest of your group together on the same team. Have a friend that wants to join after you registered and you want to make sure you play together? Simply e-mail Mike at WePlay@MeetPlayChill.com or call at 303-923-5645 to update us and we'll make it happen!

Signing-up as an individual - New to town, don't know anybody that plays or can't convince anyone to join you? No problem! We've placed over 600 individuals this past year on to different teams. Simply register using the individual registration option and we'll get you playing. Most of the time we will place you onto a team of other individual players. Occasionally you may be added to a returning team that needs an additional player or two to round out their roster.

About the facility:

This an awesome location right in the heart of Denver. We play on a simple softball field that has tons of room or us to play recreational level ball! There is no outfield fence, but we do use a home run line. This is a grass field with a dirt infield.

Skill Levels:

Class E - Recreational - This is the most recreational skill level. Players will range from beginner/novice to lower recreational players. Players in this group show up for a good time and overall skill level does not matter. Games will still be professionally run and managed by a paid umpired, just with a more laid back atmosphere. One home run is allowed per team.

Class D - Recreational/Intermediate - low-key competition overall. Players range from beginner to average. While everyone still shows up for a fun atmosphere, players expect league teams and players to run an efficient game. Players know where they are fielding, they have line-ups ready to go and expectant of everyone to know the league rules and procedures. One home run is allowed per team.

Class C- Intermediate/Advanced - These are intermediate/advanced players that show up to compete. Skill level can range and several teams will often have recreational players on the roster or to fill-in. For the most part these are softball veterans that have assigned positions, have extremely efficient pitchers and know the game. The number of home runs allowed per team is dependent on the fields allocated to Meet. Play. Chill. (ranges from 0-2).

Class B - Advanced - This is the most competitive league offered by Meet. Play. Chill. These are the top players and teams. The number of home runs allowed per team is dependent on the fields allocated to Meet. Play. Chill. (ranges from 0-2 +1).

Softball Rules:

The league uses ASA rules with our own rule modifications. Please view our league rules here:
