Season Structure Spring Season: Mar 10 – May 12(10 weeks) Playoffs: May 19 & 26 (single-elimination) Game Night: Tuesdays (Fastpitch Softball) Game Slots: 5:30 PM & 7:45 PM Format: 10 regular-season games + playoffs (all teams qualify) Divisions 10U Division (Ages 9–10) 12U Division (Ages 11–12) Target roster size: 12 players per team Pricing Standard Team Fee: $1,950 per team per season Early Registration (Black Friday Special): $1,600 per team Fee Includes: Turf field rental & lighting Certified fastpitch umpires (2 for 12U, 1 for 10U) New game balls (11\" for 10U, 12\" for 12U) On-site league staff (site supervisor) Real-time digital schedules, standings, and playoff brackets End-of-season awards Teams provide their own uniforms and gear. Optional: teams may access our uniform sponsor program for discounted new uniforms. Rules & Gameplay All games follow USSSA Fastpitch Softball rules with appropriate age-specific adjustments. Key standards include: Pitching distance: 35 ft (10U), 40 ft (12U) Ball size: 11” (10U) / 12” (12U) optic yellow softballs Look-Back Rule enforced across all divisions USSSA-approved bats only 6 innings or 1h30 time limit (mercy rules apply) Ties allowed in regular season; international tiebreaker used in playoffs Team Requirements Teams must provide: Active liability/accident insurance (required before opening day) SafeSport-certified coaches Completed background checks for all adult coaches/volunteers (annual) During registration, coaches verify compliance and upload required documents. Game-Day Experience Sprowls Horizon Sports Park provides state-of-the-art turf fastpitch fields with adjustable configurations, LED lighting, a dedicated site supervisor, and a professional, family-friendly environment.
