If a conflict arises, the offense gets to make the final call. There is not a maximum number of fouls per player, but if a player continues to foul, then another player will replace him. If a foul happens on the last 10 seconds, the team that gets the call will get 10 seconds back on the clock and if the defense steals the ball, gets a rebound, or the clock runs out, the game is over.
