Waive any claims or causes of action that I (or my heirs, executors, administrators) may have against Austin Strikers Soccer Club, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents for any injury or damage that may occur during the tournament. Agree to hold harmless Austin Strikers Soccer Club, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from any damage to property or injury to persons. Certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating in the tournament. Grant permission for emergency medical treatment, including first aid, hospitalization, or other medical services, if deemed necessary. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that soccer is a contact sport and injuries can occur.
