I expressly assume the risk of injury, death, and/or illness arising from any cause, and I agree to waive the right to pursue any claim lawsuit against the Soccer United League/Sports United/Flag Football Association and facility Rentals indoor or outdoor and the person in charge. -I understand that the organization does not offer accident medical insurance and playing at my own risk. -I understand that this is a physical sport and I can get injured or broken bones at any time. -I Understand that I can slip and fall and hit my head on the floor. -I understand that the referee has the final call, and I will respect the final call. -I understand that I and my family will not get involved and any play decision made and will respect the organization and their staff on the field and out the field. -I understand that the referee is doing his/her best to make sure he calls all the fouls and that not all fouls will be called. -I understand that its an indoor or Open area (solid concrete sports area and to respect property at all times. -Building rules I understand to respect the facility by not letting children or myself wonder about the building and picking up trash after myself. _ Staying in the area at all times. _Making sure to be on time for the games, and positive attitude at all times. New guidelines after COV-19 -I understand to stay 6 feet apart from people and take care of my self the best I can. -I understand if I am sick or feel sick I should stay home and not play for safety reasons. -I understand I and my family can run the risk of catching COV-19 and respiratory failure even death. -I understand I can not pursue any Legal action with the league and waive my rights to the league and the owner or facility where we play at. If I do get sick with the COV-19 I will let the league know. · Dress appropriately with all soccer gear. (If not at your own Risk) · Teams 4V4 up to 6 players -Indoor or Open Area Concrete small solid court, and small goals no goalie. . You provide your own full uniforms or the same color shirts. · The league organizers reserve the right to Disqualified a team for not following the rules. · Fee: $50.00 per participant 8 games plus playoffs, and weekly statistics. $15.00 per player for referee fee _$25 fees for technical fouls to ensure proper sportsmanship.
