I also understand that protective equipment does not prevent all injuries to athletes. I hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless Zane Trace Youth Football, its organizers, sponsors, supervisors, coaches, participants, and those responsible for transporting my child to and from activities, from any claim arising out of any injury to my child, whether the result of negligence or any other cause—except to the extent and in the amount covered by accident or liability insurance. I understand that registration does NOT guarantee playing time, and there is no minimum number of plays required for any participant. All equipment issued by Zane Trace Youth Football must be returned at the end of the season. I understand that I am financially responsible for any equipment not returned or returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
