In consideration of being allowed to participate in these activities, I agree to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in sand volleyball involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury from falls, collisions, and equipment failure. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. 2. Health and Fitness: I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation in sand volleyball activities. I agree to inform League organizers of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect my ability to participate safely. 3. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Unity Sand Volleyball League, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, or any other participants for any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of my participation in League activities, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. 4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Unity Sand Volleyball League, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, or any other participants from any liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of my participation in League activities. 5. Media Release: I grant permission to the Unity Sand Volleyball League to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken of me during League activities for promotional purposes without compensation. 6. Agreement to Rules: I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Unity Sand Volleyball League, including but not limited to rules of conduct, game rules, and safety guidelines.
