I hereby understand the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that: 1) The risk of injury to my child/ward, myself, from the activities involved in these programs is significant, including the potential for permanent disability, paralysis, and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and, 2) FOR MYSELF, SPOUSE, AND CHILD/WARD, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for child/ward, participation; and, 3) I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant concern in my child/wards', readiness or, hazard during my presence or participation, and/or in the program itself, I will remove my, child/ward, from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and, 4) I, for myself, my spouse, my child/ward, and on behalf of my/our heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS TTS ACADEMY LLC (TTS LIONS), their respective officers, directors, officials, volunteers, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, tournament host, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ( RELEASEES ), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, incident to my child/wards', involvement or participation in these programs, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 5) I, for myself, my spouse, my child/ward, and on behalf of my/our heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS all the above Releasees from any and all liabilities incident to my child/ward's involvement or participation in these programs, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is therefore essential for parents, coaches, and youth athletes to embrace the values of good sportsmanship. Moreover, adults involved should be models of good sportsmanship and should lead by example. Therefore, we request that all parents, friends, family members, and spectators abide by the following Code of Conduct: • I therefore pledge to be responsible for my words and actions while attending a youth sports event and shall conform my behavior to this code of conduct: • I will encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, and officials at every game, practice, or other youth sports event. • I will place the emotional and physical well-being of my child ahead of my personal desire to win. • I will insist that my child plays in a safe and healthy environment. • I will support coaches and officials working with my child, to encourage a positive and enjoyable experience for all. • I (and my guests) will not engage in any kind of unsportsmanlike conduct with any official, coach, players, or parent such as booing and taunting, refusing to shake hands, or using profane language or gestures. • I will respect the officials and their authority during games. • I will demand a sports environment for my child that is free from drugs, tobacco, and alcohol and will refrain from their use at all youth sports events. • I will teach my child to play by the rules and to resolve conflict without resorting to hostility or violence. • I will remember that the game is for youth - not adults. • I will do my very best to make youth sports fun for my child. • In the event of a disagreement, I will not question, discuss, or confront coaches on the game field, and will take time to speak with coaches privately at an agreed upon time and place away from other parents and players. • I will ask my child to treat other players, coaches, fans, and officials with respect regardless of race, sex, creed, or ability. • I will help my child enjoy the youth sports experience by doing whatever I can, such as being a respectful fan, assisting with coaching, or providing transportation.","organizer":{"id":"OJwa5DN","url":"https://playpass.com/go/OJwa5DN","name":"TTS Lions"}}},"meta":{"api_version":"2026-02-08","request_id":"43ceecb9-cdd7-4968-817f-8c2dcea888f4"}}
