I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, whether arising from my own actions, the actions of others, or the negligence of the Kickin' It Conroe Sports & Social Club Inc., (non-profit corporation), its organizers, volunteers, or anyone else. WAIVER AND RELEASE In consideration of being permitted to participate in Kickin' It Conroe Sports & Social Club Inc., (non-profit corporation) activities, I hereby WAIVE, RELEASE, and DISCHARGE the Kickin' It Conroe Sports & Social Club Inc., (non-profit corporation) its organizers, affiliates, volunteers, sponsors, officials, and any property owners (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, sickness, death, or property damage—INCLUDING THAT ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE (whether ordinary or gross)—to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law. INDEMNIFICATION I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees from any third-party claims, including legal fees, damage litigation fees, attorney fees, loss, liabilities, cost, or sickness resulting from my participation. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE I hereby grant the Kickin' It Conroe Sports & Social Club Inc., (non-profit corporation) and its authorized representatives the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, videotape, or otherwise record my participation in Kickin' It Conroe Sports & Social Club Inc., (non-profit corporation) activities. I authorize the Kickin' It Conroe Sports & Social Club Inc., (non-profit corporation) to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such images and recordings for promotional, educational, and informational purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials, without compensation to me. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any use of such images. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & ACKNOWLEDGMENT I certify that participation is voluntary and that I have read, understand, and accept this entire Agreement. No representations, verbal or written, outside this form, are binding. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes are to be resolved in a Texas court (e.g., in Montgomery County or county specified). SEVERABILITY If any portion of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION I acknowledge that alcohol may be available at Kickin' It Conroe Sports & Social Club Inc., (non-profit corporation) events. I represent that I am at least 21 years of age if I choose to consume alcohol. I agree that any consumption of alcohol is voluntary and at my own risk. I accept full responsibility for my own actions and behavior, including any consequences arising from the use of alcohol, and I agree that Kickin' It Conroe Sports & Social Club Inc., (non-profit corporation) and Releases bear no liability for injuries, damages, or legal issues related to alcohol consumption before, during, or after Kickin' It Conroe Sports & Social Club Inc., (non-profit corporation) activities.","organizer":{"id":"OL6FPgV","url":"https://playpass.com/go/OL6FPgV","name":"Kickin' It Conroe"}}},"meta":{"api_version":"2026-02-08","request_id":"a58b0fa9-9c45-4e46-9aa0-1ecd83a4fa37"}}
