I understand that injuries may occur while participating in the league activities. I affirm that I am in good physical condition and capable of participating in volleyball activities. If I have any medical conditions or concerns, I have consulted with a medical professional who has advised me that I can participate in the league without any risk to my health. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Salaam Spike league, including the risk of any injury, loss, or damage that may arise during the league's activities. I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Salaam Spike during the league's activities. I understand that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in my removal from the league without a refund. I release and discharge Salaam Spike, its organizers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, and any other affiliated parties, from any liability or claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death that may arise as a result of my participation in the league. I understand that Salaam Spike does not provide any insurance coverage for participants, and I am solely responsible for any medical or other expenses that may arise from my participation in the league. I consent to the use of photographs, videos, or other media taken during Salaam Spike activities for promotional purposes without any compensation to me. I acknowledge that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Canadian law and that if any part of it is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. I have read this waiver and fully understand its contents.
