I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation. Waiver of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Dallas County Kickers, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Dallas County Kickers, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and other participants from any and all liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation. Field Use Release: I acknowledge that Dallas County Kickers uses various fields and facilities for its activities. I agree to release and hold harmless the owners, operators, and administrators of these fields and facilities from any claims, damages, or injuries that may arise from my use of these locations during league activities. Medical Authorization: In the event of an emergency, I authorize Dallas County Kickers to seek medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result. Photo/Video Release: I grant Dallas County Kickers permission to use any photographs or videos taken during league activities for promotional purposes. Acknowledgment of Rules: I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Dallas County Kickers.
