Acknowledgment of Risk I understand that participation in the LI Flight Club Dart League involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: Being struck by darts Slips, trips, or falls Injuries related to participation or the surrounding environment I voluntarily choose to participate despite these risks. ⸻ 2. Assumption of Risk I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of others, and I accept full responsibility for my participation. ⸻ 3. Release of Liability I hereby release, waive, and discharge the LI Flight Club Dart League, its owner, organizers, affiliates, and Six Harbors Brewing Company/Cork& Bull, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of or related to my participation in the Tuesday/Thursday dart leagues at Six Harbors Brewing Co./Cork & Bull through LI Flight Club dart league. ⸻ 4. Alcohol Responsibility Clause I acknowledge that this league takes place at Six Harbors Brewing Company/Cork&Bull, where alcohol is served. I agree: I am solely responsible for my alcohol consumption I will not participate while impaired I assume all risks associated with alcohol use ⸻ 5. Medical Responsibility I certify that I am physically able to participate. I agree that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of participation. ⸻ 6. Rules & Conduct I agree to follow all league rules, safety guidelines, and instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from participation without refund. ⸻ 7. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the LI Flight Club Dart League and Six Harbors Brewing Company/Cork & Bull from any claims brought by me or others as a result of my actions during participation. ⸻ 9.
