In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Activity as members of the Team, we hereby agree to the following: We voluntarily assume all risks of injury or harm that may arise from participating in the Activity, whether those risks are known or unknown to us. We waive any and all claims that we may have against the pickleball league, its organizers, volunteers, and sponsors (collectively, the \"Released Parties\") for any injuries or damages that we may suffer as a result of participating in the Activity. We release the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries or damages that we may suffer as a result of participating in the Activity, including any liability for negligence on the part of the Released Parties. We understand that this waiver form is a legally binding document and that by signing it, we are giving up certain legal rights that we may have. We confirm that we have read this waiver form carefully and that we fully understand its contents. We hereby acknowledge that we have read and understand this waiver form, and that we are signing it voluntarily.
