All Skills Camp June 20th 10:00AM-12:00PM

This 2 hour camp will focus on breaking down each skill of volleyball including passing, setting, hitting, and overhand serving. We will also work on the importance of volleyball IQ, court awareness, communication, confidence, and teammate skills.

Within the two hours, we will also give some Introduction to mental toughness, mistake management, and what it takes to get better!
