305Dink Pickleball League – Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for and participating in the 305Dink Pickleball League (“League”), I acknowledge, agree, and represent that I understand the nature of the activities involved. I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in pickleball games, practices, and related activities.

I fully understand that:

Pickleball and related activities involve risks of serious injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, or death.

These risks may result from my own actions, inactions, the actions of others, the facilities, equipment, or conditions of play.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the League:

I assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.

I release, waive, and discharge 305Dink Pickleball League, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, facility owners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in League activities.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation.

I grant permission for the League to use photographs, videos, or other media of me for promotional purposes without compensation.

I understand that it is my responsibility to carry personal health insurance coverage and to consult a physician before participating.

By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and agree to it voluntarily.
