🏀 4H Attackerz Heart of Winter Classic – Terms & Conditions & Release of Liability

1. Agreement to Participate
   By completing registration and submitting payment, all participants (teams and individuals) acknowledge and agree to abide by all league rules, policies, and the spirit of sportsmanship upheld by 4H Attackerz Athletic Club. Participation in the Heart of Winter Classic is voluntary and subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
   Participation in basketball leagues and events involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, or property damage. By registering, the participant (or team representative, on behalf of their team) acknowledges and assumes full responsibility for these risks.

Participants hereby release, waive, and hold harmless 4H Attackerz Athletic Club, its directors, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in any league activity, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during practices, games, or travel to and from league events.

Each participant certifies that they are physically fit, have no medical conditions preventing full participation, and will carry their own medical insurance coverage.

1. Code of Conduct
   All players, coaches, and spectators must conduct themselves respectfully toward referees, league officials, and other participants. Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in suspension or removal from the league without refund.

2. Refund Policy
   Team Registration Refunds:
   Teams that cancel on or before December 10, 2025 will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
   All cancellations after December 10, 2025 are non-refundable, regardless of circumstance.

Individual Player Refunds:
Individual registrations follow the same refund deadlines and administrative fee policy as team registrations.
Once placed on a team or after the refund deadline, no refunds will be issued.

1. Cancellation or Postponement
   4H Attackerz reserves the right to modify the schedule, postpone games, or cancel the league due to weather, facility closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation prior to league start, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of 4H Attackerz.

2. Photo & Media Release
   By participating, all players grant 4H Attackerz the right to use photographs, videos, and likenesses captured during league activities for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

3. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
   By submitting this registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined above, including the Release of Liability and Refund Policy.
