7 a Side

7-A-Side Football Tournament Waiver,

I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the 7-A-Side Football Tournament, to be held between the 10th of April and the 8th of May. In consideration of being permitted to participate in this tournament, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

I understand and accept that any form of fighting, physical altercation, or unsportsmanlike behavior is strictly prohibited during the tournament. Any participant found engaging in such behavior will be immediately disqualified from the current tournament and barred from participating in any future tournaments organised.

I acknowledge that the organisers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during the tournament.

I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the tournament organisers, referees, and officials throughout the duration of the event.

I understand that verbal abuse towards referees will not be tolerated, and I agree that any decisions made by the referees are final.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms of this waiver.
