4-5 Yrs, 4-Week: Mini Sluggers Winter Camp

Program Focus:
Mini Sluggers Winter Camp is designed to introduce 4-5 year-olds to the exciting world of baseball through fun, engaging activities that promote basic motor skills, coordination, and teamwork. The camp emphasizes learning through play and helps young players build a love for the game, all while developing fundamental baseball skills.
Training Components:
Basic Coordination & Movement:

Baseball Obstacle Course (agility, balance, and body control)
Throwing & Catching:

Throwing "Noodle" Balls & Soft Catching Games (hand-eye coordination, grip, throwing and catching fundamentals)
Batting Basics:

Tee Ball Swinging (swing mechanics, making contact with the ball)
Base Running:

Run the Bases Relay (speed, base path awareness, running form)
Basic Fielding:

Rolling Grounders (fielding technique, scooping the ball)
Teamwork & Communication:

Catch the Ball Game (communication, teamwork, and listening)
Intro to Baseball Rules:

Simple Baseball Stories (basic understanding of rules and game concepts)
