AVP Basketball training for youth focuses on building fundamental skills like dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense. Sessions often include drills to improve coordination, agility, and endurance, helping young players develop both physically and mentally. The goal is to make training fun and engaging while laying a strong foundation for future growth.
