Refund Policy

Refunds will be granted according to the following guidelines:

Before the Season Begins

Full refund minus a $10 processing fee if requested before jerseys are ordered.

50% refund if requested after jerseys are ordered but before Week 1 of games.

After the Season Begins

No refunds will be issued once games have started, except in cases of:

season-ending injury (doctor’s note required), or

relocation out of the area.

Jersey fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Weather / Facility Closures

We do our best to reschedule any canceled games or events.

No refunds or credits will be issued for events canceled due to weather, facility issues, or circumstances beyond our control if rescheduling is not possible.

Special Circumstances

Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed individually by league administration.
