CTC Throws Academy

This camp will give athletes the opportunity to learn and grow in their development as throwers through the introduction of drill progressions and individualized feedback. We will train the commonly consisted throwing events in Virginia in the Shot Put and Discus. Athletes will also get the chance to learn a new event by including teaching for events that are not consistently contested in Virginia in the Hammer throw and Javelin throw. Lastly, this camp will present throwers with an opportunity to put their new skills into action in the Camp Showcase!
