2023 Home Team 941 7v7 Registration

Home Team941 is a youth organization whose purpose is to ensure our youth learn skills to build character, sportsmanship, integrity, and self-confidence while learning responsibility and teamwork in a competitive environment.
As the parent/guardian of the child named below, I hereby agree to have my child join Home Team941 and participate fully in the athletic program. You and your child agree to abide by all rules set forth by coaches and tournament organizations we choose to participate in.
