u10/u12 3v3 Halloween Soccer Tournament (Team Registration)

-We are looking for team registrations, if looking to sign up an individual as a free agent please call into the arena at 570-980-9963 to see if it is feasible.
-Parents/Guardians must register each child individually to accept waiver. (Please enter team name and coach's name during registration)
-$175/team fee

• Full payment of $175 is needed to confirm spot -All players must have valid waivers in order to be on roster. -Turf shoes preferred. Regular outdoor cleats can be worn. No metal studs.
  -The Liberty Arena has discretion on scheduling relative to number of teams registered.
