Tee Line Waiver

NCC Event Waiver

Dates: Friday August 9th, 2024 - Sunday August 11th, 2024
Location: Tee Line Nashville located at 106 Duluth Ave, Nashville, TN 37209
Price: $500 per team
First Draw: Friday at 8am
Last Draw: Sunday at 1pm

Format:

• 24 Teams
• 3-game guarantee

Off Ice:

• Lunch will be provided on Friday August 9th.
• Tee Line is hosting a Luau on Saturday in their upper parking lot. There will be a pig roast and activities. Food is available at the Luau, but is not covered in the Bonspiel entry fee.
• Raffle Drawing for baskets on Saturday night (let us know if you would like to bring or donate one to NCC)!

Next Steps:

1. Registration Opens: Friday May 10th at Noon Central and (this) form will go live for Team Registration.
2. Submit Your Registration: Fill out all the information and submit, this will enter your team spot.
   1. If you do not know your full team, that is ok!
   2. Skip is required.
3. Wait for Confirmation: After our organizers have processed registrations based on first come first serve, you'll receive an email no later than Monday May 13th notifying you whether your team has secured a spot in the bonspiel.
   1. If your team secures a spot we'll provide you with a link to pay your entry fee.
   2. If your team does not secure a spot, you will be placed on the waitlist.
4. Payment: For teams who secure a spot, payment is due no later than end of day Friday May 16th. Warning: failing to pay by this deadline will result in your spot being forfeited
