OBFL Player Safety Waiver

Player Safety and Registration Waiver
As a participant in the OBFL Elite Series, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE REGISTRATION FEES IN BEFORE DEADLINE OR WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY!

NO REFUND POLICY AFTER JAN 31ST 2025.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in flag football, like all physical sports, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, permanent disability, or death.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in league games, practices, and events.
Release of Liability

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless OBFL Sports LLC, its owners, employees, referees, volunteers, and any affiliated organizations from any and all claims, actions, damages, or liabilities resulting from my participation in the OBFL Elite Series, including injuries caused by the negligence of any party.
Medical Treatment

I understand that I am responsible for all medical expenses incurred as a result of any injury sustained during league activities.
Code of Conduct

I agree to follow all league rules, regulations, and codes of conduct as outlined in the OBFL Rulebook.
I acknowledge that failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the league.
Photo and Video Release

I grant OBFL Sports LLC permission to use photographs and videos of me taken during league activities for promotional purposes.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and that I accept the terms outlined above.
