TSM Charity Tournament (Captains Only)

Dear Team Captain,

We are pleased to invite you and your team to participate in the TSM Charity Tournament – Fall 2026, organized by the Tamil Sangam of Missouri. Your leadership is essential in bringing together players for a day of spirited competition and community engagement.

The tournament will be held on November 14, 2026, at Legacy VTC, 601 Gravois Bluffs Blvd Suite G, Fenton, MO 63026.

Registration Fees:

• Volleyball (Men/Women/Mixed): $250 per team
• Throwball (Women): $200 per team (7 players + 1 substitute)

Team Composition Requirements:

• Volleyball: Teams may have 6 players on court + 2 substitutes.
  Standard rotation rules will apply.
  All Volleyball matches will be officiated by professional referees.
• Throwball: 7 players + 1 substitute per team.

Information Required from Captains

To complete your team’s registration, please submit the following details:

• Team Name
• Player Name
• Player Mobile Number
• Payment Information

Please Zelle your registration payment to: treasurer@motamilsangam.org and include “TSM Fall VB 2026” or “TSM Fall TB 2026” in the Zelle notes based on your sport.
Kindly make note of your Zelle payment confirmation, as it is required to complete your team’s registration.

Important Notes

• Signing the waiver form is mandatory for all participants.
• Outside food is strictly prohibited inside the VTC facility.
• Registration is confirmed only after team details, payment confirmation, and the signed waiver are received.
