Team Responsibility and Liability Waiver

Dear Angelo Cricket Academy (ACA),

I, the undersigned, hereby submit this formal declaration regarding our participation in the practice game(s) at the Lions Cricket Ground or any ground used for cricket. By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms on behalf of myself and my child:

Waiver of Liability:  

I expressly agree that Angelo Cricket Academy (ACA), including its officers, employees, volunteers, and organizers, shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or accidents that may occur to any player or guest during the course of the game(s).

Assumption of Risk:  

I acknowledge that cricket is a physical sport and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including those related to weather conditions, equipment, and the field of play.

Insurance and Medical Responsibility:  

I confirm that ACA does not provide personal medical insurance and that any medical expenses incurred due to participation are the sole responsibility of the individual player, parent, or team.

No Legal Claims / No Lawsuits:  

I agree that neither I nor my child will initiate or pursue any legal action, claims, or lawsuits against Angelo Cricket Academy (ACA), its officers, coaches, volunteers, or affiliates for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses arising from participation in the practice game(s). Any disputes shall be resolved privately and without litigation.
