IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Here are a few important points which we’d like you to share with your supporters attending on the day:
Arrival
Car parking will be available on the field behind the changing rooms at Lansdown P&R. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE P&R (you will get fined).
Entry Fee to the ground
The entry fee to the ground is £5 per car, £10 per minibus which includes our parking costs (paid to the council). Spectators arriving by different means will be asked for £5 per "family" (2 adults & 2 kids).
Registration
When you arrive at the venue you will be able to gather your players together on the pitch (providing the previous event has finished) and organise/prepare them. Your coach must report to the Registration Table to report your arrival.
Your team sheet must be submitted in advance and it MUST be filled out before your team can play.
Briefing
Ten minutes before the start of each session, there will be a welcome, final briefing and Q&A for all coaches on the pitches.
Respect
Please reinforce to your parents and supporters that they MUST remain outside the pitch area. This also applies to you and your players when you are not involved in a match.
Remember that this is a youth football tournament and all players, coaches and parents are expected to behave appropriately. We have zero tolerance for the use of abusive language; coaches and parents alike will be told to leave the area if this is ignored.
Food & Drink
There will be drinks and hot food available from the caterers. An ice cream van will be in attendance throughout the weekend.
Make sure you bring plenty of water with your team - there are no taps in the middle of the field.
Safety
There will be Bath City Youth volunteers in Hi-Viz jackets monitoring the space throughout the weekend to ensure the safety of the visitors and to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, but please ask your supporters to help us by making use of the bins around the ground, keeping an eye on their children, especially when they are on the terracing and reporting anything of concern to our volunteer team.
Medals
All children participating in the Festival events (U6 – U9) will receive a medal. There will be winner and runner up medals in all the tournament events (U10 and above).
We look forward to welcoming you shortly.
Best regards from the Tournament Team
