TERMS AND AGREEMENTS FOR BLAST IT INDOOR SOCCER ARENA

• USE OF FACILITIES: a. The indoor soccer arena ("the facility") is for the sole use of registered players, coaches, referees, and staff. b. The facility is only to be used for soccer-related activities. c. Any damage caused to the facility or its equipment during use is the responsibility of the user.

• REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT: a. All players and teams must register and pay the required fees before participating in any games or practices. b. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. c. Teams and individuals who fail to pay their fees on time may be suspended from using the facility.

• SAFETY: a. All players, coaches, referees, and staff must comply with safety guidelines and rules. b. Appropriate safety gear, including shin guards, must be worn during games and practices. c. Players with any medical conditions that may affect their safety during play must inform the management of the facility.

• BEHAVIOR: a. All users of the facility must behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. b. Any abusive language or behavior towards other users, staff, or management will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or permanent ban. c. Any behavior that endangers the safety of others or the facility will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or permanent ban.

• SCHEDULING: a. Scheduling of games and practices is the responsibility of the facility management. b. Changes to the schedule may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the control of the facility management. c. Teams or individuals who are unable to attend scheduled games or practices must inform the management of the facility at least 24 hours in advance.

• LIABILITY: a. The facility and its management are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained by players, coaches, referees, or staff while using the facility. b. All users of the facility must sign a waiver releasing the facility and its management from any liability. c. Users of the facility are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment.

• TERMINATION: a. The facility management reserves the right to terminate the use of the facility by any individual or team at any time. b. Any user who violates the terms and agreements stated above may be subject to suspension or permanent ban.

By registering to use the Blast It indoor soccer arena, all users agree to abide by the above terms and agreements
