I will not hold Haley’s Healthy Life Coaching LLC , Boudica Fitness LLC, or personal trainer Haley Morris responsible for any injuries or health issues that may occur when participating in personal training, fitness, health coaching, and/or provided health, wellness and/or fitness programming.

I will always disclose any physical limitations, disabilities, ailments or important details that may affect my ability to participate in a health, wellness or fitness programming/coaching.

I understand that Haley Morris is not a doctor and that any given advice and/or programming is used at my own risk.

If I ever feel that there is a health, wellness or physical issue, I will stop the coaching and/or programming and see a doctor for further examination before I proceed.

Therefore, I am responsible for my own health, physical health and wellness, and will take full responsibility for my own personal physical and health’s wellbeing.
