Volunteer Agreement

By signing this form, I express my desire to volunteer my services to support the Bridgewood Homeowners
ssociation’s (HOA) non-competitive recreational-sport program. I agree that I am serving as a volunteer and that I am not, solely because of these services, an employee of the HOA or any instrumentality thereof. I expect no present or future salary, wages, or related benefits as payment for these volunteer services. I also hereby release the HOA and its employees and Board of Directors (BOD) from any liabilities or claims arising from my volunteer services, to include personal injury, illness, death, personal property loss or damage. I agree to
participate in whatever training may be required in order for me to perform the work for which I am volunteering. I also give permission for the organization to conduct a background check. I am aware that this background check may include Social Work Services and local Police Departments.
