Permission to Use Photos & Videos

By signing below, I hereby grant Celebration Youth Flag Football permission to photograph and/or record my child during games, practices, and league events. I understand and agree that these photos or videos may be used by the league for promotional or informational purposes, including but not limited to:

Social media posts

Website content

Flyers and marketing materials

Highlight videos

Newsletters or announcements

I understand that:

My child’s name will not be posted publicly without additional permission.

I will not receive compensation for the use of these images or recordings.

I may revoke this consent in writing at any time, but it will not apply to materials already created or published.

Parent/Guardian Consent

I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named above and have the legal authority to grant this release.
