Pete Simoulidis 3v3 Basketball Tournament

I realize that basketball is a vigorous physical activity that involves running, jumping, rotation, body contact, and rapid directional change.  I also understand that participating in basketball involves certain inherent risks and that regardless of the precautions taken by Monroe Parks and Recreation, the Pete Simoulidis Scholarship Fund volunteers, referees or the participants, some injuries may occur.  I release the organizations mentioned above from all liability, costs and damages which might arise from participation in the above named event or activity.

By attending, I consent to being photographed for promotional purposes.
