Super G Sports Group is proud to present our 4th Annual Sand Volleyball Tournament at Woks Up as a fundraiser for Cannon Beach Bunny Rescue.

Can't play, or want to just come watch? Play will be all day! Restaurant and bar on site. Raffle prizes and more.

Day of - photo gallery streaming, live scores updating and more.

$260 per team - a payment link will be sent to the captain upon confirming a team spot.

RULES:

4th Annual Sand Volleyball Tournament benefiting Cannon Beach Bunny Rescue

Players check in starts at 8 a.m – Courts open for warm up

Players meeting at 8:40 a.m. Play starts PROMPTLY at 9 a.m

Following Round Robin/Pool Play – there will be a short break to seed the bracket, and pick the raffle prize winners

General Rules:

·        Captains (or designated representative) will draw their team number for pool play to allow for random team assignments. Numbers must be drawn by 8:35 am. If no one has drawn by 8:35 your team number will be assigned to you.

·        All players must check in upon arrival and sign a waiver to play. Waivers will be sent electronically prior to arrival to speed up sign-in.

·        Co-Ed teams of 4, must have at least 2 female or non-binary players per team, with no more than 2 males on the court at a time.

·        You do not have to rotate position but MUST rotate server.

·        Each team may have up to 6 registered players.

·        All players must be 21 years of age or older. **This is an insurance requirement and is non-negotiable**

·        BB/B/C level players only. This is NOT a tournament for A-level players.

·        Each team will play a minimum of 5 games.

·        20 team limit

Round Robin/Pool Play:

·        Each team will play 3 games in a modified Round Robin. Pools will be assigned to two courts (either 1 and 2, or 3 and 4) to speed up the pool play.

·        Each match will be one set to 30 points. CAP of 30 (not win by 2 points).

·        Teams to switch sides once the first team reaches 15 points scored.

·        5 minute warm-up between matches.

·        Please be ready as soon as the game before you ends. Waiting for a team may result in forfeiture of points. Only 3 players are required to start your match. **NO SUBS ALLOWED**

Playoffs:

·        All teams will face off in a double-elimination bracket.​

·        Seeding for the playoffs will be based on cumulative points scored in pool play (not by wins/losses).

·        All rounds in the loser’s bracket will be one set to 30 points, win by 2.

·        In the winner’s bracket, all games UNTIL the semi-final will be one set to 30 points, win by 2. The semi-final and the championship will be 3 sets – 21/21/15, all win by two points.

Prizes:

·        Prizes will be awarded to the winning team.

·        There will be a raffle of donated items. If you or someone you know would like to donate items or services, please let us know.
