Geneseo Youth Football Waiver

I understand and approve my son’s participation in the Geneseo Youth Football program for the 5th through 7th grades. I will not hold any supervising Youth Football coach or the Geneseo Youth Football board of directors liable for any injury my child might sustain while participating in the program. I also understand that I am responsible for the value of his uniform or any part thereof, if not returned.
