GLADIATOR RUGBY 7s PLAYER WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

This document affects your legal rights. Please read carefully.

1. Acknowledgement of Risk:
   I, the undersigned, acknowledge and accept that participation in rugby, including training, matches, and related activities organised by Gladiator Rugby 7s (“the Club”), carries inherent risks of physical injury (including serious injury or death) and property damage. I understand and voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risks arising from participation.

2. Health and Fitness Declaration:
   I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in rugby activities. I have disclosed to the Club any relevant medical conditions that may affect my participation.

3. Release and Waiver:
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Gladiator Rugby 7s, its officers, coaches, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with my participation in Club activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Insurance:
   I understand that the Club does not provide personal injury insurance for players and that it is my responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance cover.

5. Consent to Medical Treatment:
   In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I consent to receiving first aid or other medical treatment deemed necessary by Club officials or medical professionals.

6. Governing Law:
   This Waiver is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this Waiver, and agree to be bound by its terms.
