Tuesday Girls: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Wednesday Girls: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Juniors: Mondays & Thursdays (Conditioning focused)
(Mondays: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm)
(Thursdays: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm)
Tots: Saturdays 9:00 am - 9:45 am
