Emergency Acknowledgement And Release

I understand that the Gryphon Athletic Association puts the health and safety of all players and cheerleaders as a top priority. However, in the event of a medical emergency where I as a parent/guardian are not available, I authorize the Gryphon Athletic Association to act in the best interest of my child by calling emergency services personal. I hold harmless the Gryphon Athletic Association of the emergency personals choice(s) on where and how to treat my child medically once they are called.
