Hatha Yoga Liability Waiver

I understand that yoga requires physical exercise and that there are inherent risks in the practice of yoga which could potentially result in physical injury to me. I am aware of the risks and hazards involved.

I do not have any medical condition which would prevent my participation in the class. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician if I have any questions prior to participation in the class.

I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages which may occur as a result of my participation in the class.

I hereby knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim that I may have against the Yoga teacher for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the class taught by Jessica Hinrichs.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand and voluntarily agree to its contents.
