Court Rental Cancellation & Refund Policy

ALL COURT RENTALS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

NXT LVL SPORTZ does not issue refunds for court rental reservations. Rental credits may be issued under the following conditions:

• 24 Hour Notice: 100% rental credit toward a future reservation.
• No-Shows: No refunds or rental credits.
• Facility Cancellations: If NXT LVL SPORTZ cancels a reservation, customers will receive a full rental credit or refund.

Rental Credit Conditions

• Credits must be used within 30 days of the original reservation.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• All rescheduled rentals are subject to court availability.
• By booking and paying for a court rental, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.
