Hosting Our Annual Sports Physicals this is a Fundraiser for PYFL Organization.
Physical will have to be on file before your child can practice on July 13th 2026.
Please bring your form filled out and ready to keep the line moving along. Forms will be kept on file on the league and provided to other leagues as needed.
These physicals are NOT VHSL Physicals so please note they will not hold up for Middle School or High School Sports.
