PBTSC Soccer Tournament 2023 Bylaws

- Tournament fee is $700 per team. A team can register a maximum of 15 players for the entire tournament.
- All games will be eight (8) a side.
- The games will be played for 70 minutes, each half consists of 35 minutes, and there will be a 10-minute break between the halves.
- Teams are allowed to sub players with the permission of the referee unlimited number of times.
- Any player who is substituted can be used as a sub as well.
- Goalies are not allowed to handle the ball with hands.
- Referees’ decisions are final in any and all cases.
- Team standing on the top at the end of the round robin leauge will play with team standing in the fourth position, in the first semifinal. And in the second semifinal, teams second and third in will face each other.
- Winners of the semifinals will meet in the final
- In case teams are tied with points then the following rules will apply to select the semifinalists: a. Goal difference b. Teams with most wins c. Head to head record d. A coin toss
- In the knockout stages, if there is no winner in normal 70 minutes then there will be an additional 20 minutes to be played. If still no results, the games will go into tie breakers to decide the winners.
- a) Anyone who receives three (3) yellow cards in any 3 games will automatically be suspended for the next match. b) Anyone who receives two (2) yellow cards in a game will be awarded a red card and automatically be suspended for the next match.
- Anyone who receives a red card will automatically be suspended for the next match.
- No off side rules will be applied.
- Anything that is not covered by these bylaws will be covered by the FIFA rules.
- In case of emergency or bad weather, PBTSC executive committee reserves the right to change playing times and schedule.
- Any misbehavior during, before, and till the lights are on, by any teams and/or players, and crowds will be punished according to club’s bylaws.
