Football Club

Phase4 Athletic is a program under our Phase4 Academy youth/young adult sports club created for the youth 5-13 years old and 14-17 year old teens in the Virginia areas. The program exists to promote youth/teen sports and is intended to be instructional Association that places an emphasis on the sound development of our student /Athletes and Fundamentals of all sports and strives to be a league that will inspire their development, life skills of character, teamwork and sportsmanship.

The program will be launched in 2016, and will evolve into one the premier Youth Association in the United States. The organization will be comprised of 2 leagues: youth/Sports League (2nd grade-12 grade) & Future League Sports 18-24 years of age who participate in the sports provided in our Sports Association. These Sports are Football, basketball, softball, baseball and track and field that is a purely development league designed to teach our Student/Athletes how to be successful.
Our commitment
In order to appropriately prepare your child /teen to play and insure safety, participation in practice is key.
FSA expects a child/teen to make most if not all of the off season practices so that coaches have proper time, to prepare the entire team for the season.
Off season training will begins 1 week of May with 4 days a week.Once season starts on one week day and one weekend. This will be the start of our two leagues football program
Practice Schedule
Practice will be held at different locations in the surrounding areas with consideration of travel.
Practice times will vary on weekdays and weekends from 5 - 8pm and on weekends 9am-5pm.
Games.
Games will be held on A weekdays and weekends.They will start at 9am to 5pm on weekends and Wednesday from 6pm-9p. Games will be played in various locations for all leagues pending on availability.
Seasons
The regular season begins the first week of August and runs through the end of October. Playoffs/Bowl game will be played through the weekends before Thanksgiving.
League (youth)

Youth A is for 3rd grade- 4th graders.2nd graders that turn 8 years old August 31st are eligible to participate in this division.
Youth B is for 5th graders -6th graders. .4th graders that turn 10 years old before August 31st are eligible to advance the this division. Youth C is for 7th and 8th graders .6th graders that turn 12 years old before August 31st are eligible to advance to this division. Any student/athletes over 14 years old before August 31st may advance to Teen Elite 9th and 10th graders. Teen Elite 9th graders and 10th graders. Future League workouts/camps for 7th grade to 12th graders

FUTURE U ACADEMY FOOTBALL PROGRAM

This program is designed for young men ages 18-23 who has expectations of going to college.

ALL CLASSIFICATIONS WILL ATTEND WORKOUTS CAMPS AND PRACTICE
SCHEDULE WILL BE 3 PRACTICES OUT THE WEEK OF DAYS TRAINING AND FILM
OUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO HELP STUDENT/ATHLETES CONTINUE THIER QUEST OF A HIGHER LEARNING AND PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS YEAR ROUND.
WE WILL PROVIDE TRAINING AND FILM TO SEND IN PRESS KIT FOR SCOUTS/RECRUITERS THAT THE STUDENT/Athletes NOT ON COLLEGES RADAR.
WE WILL BE WORKING WITH HBCU TO PUSH OUR STUDENT/ATHLETES COLLEGE OPPORTUNITY
WE WILL HOPE TO BE A FEEDER ACADEMY FOR ALL SPORTS IN NEAR FUTURE
