Fall 2024 Soccer Registration

Our program includes four co-ed age groups, for children entering pre-K (must be 4 years old by 7/31/2024) & kindergarten, 1st-2nd grade, 3rd-4th grade, and 5th-6th grade. (If your 6th grade child is playing a fall middle school sport, you may want to contact his/her coach before signing up for soccer.)

Practices begin in late August. Games will begin in early September and the season will conclude by mid-October. Each team will play about 8 games.

To signup, complete online registration on this site or print a paper registration form and return both the form & fee to Portageville City Hall by Friday, August 16. Make checks payable to Portageville Youth Soccer.

Included in the registration fee are team jerseys and socks. In addition to these items, each player will need to furnish the following:
•Shin Guards (required; for safety, shin guards must be fully covered by socks)
•Athletic shoes or Cleats (rubber baseball cleats may be worn, provided the toe cleat is cut off)
•Athletic shorts
•Size 3 soccer ball for pre-K-2nd grade; Size 4 ball for 3rd-6th grade (recommended, but not required)
