Our season runs Sept - May. Exact dates may vary depending on competition schedule. Athletes attending Pine Forest Camp with our program in August will begin practicing over the summer to prepare for camp. We will compete/perform in one event per month from January- May. Teams will be decided once registration closes. Team placements will be determined by the organization, with the intention and priority of building strong teams. Athletes ages 6-18 of all abilities and skill levels are welcome and everyone makes a team. Teams will practice 2 nights a week, and the days will be set based on the coaches availability. Practice days may change once we switch to indoor practices based on practice space availability.
We do our best to keep our registration costs low as we do not ever want a child to be unable to participate due to the cost. That being said fundraising throughout the season is absolutely necessary and will be mandatory to cover the gap between what we charge to register and the actual costs to participate. If your athlete does not participate in a mandatory fundraiser you will be charged a buyout fee. This season we plan to have about one fundraiser per month.

Not covered by registration:
-Uniforms (est. cost $125) payment will be due by Sat October 12th . Athletes may reuse their uniform from the 2024-25 season if it still fits and is in good condition.
-Cheer shoes- black cheer shoes are required for practice and competitions
-Competition entry fees ($50-100 per athlete per competition) will be covered by mandatory fundraising.
We have a payment plan available for those who would like to split up their registration fees into multiple payments. The payment plan is as follows:
-Payment #1 $110 due by May 31st
-Payment #2 $110 due by June 30th
-Payment #3 $110 due by July 31st
Anyone wishing to use a payment plan must enroll by May 31st. Payment plans will not be available after the deadline.
***Our 4-6 year old Show Team practices for one hour one night per week from the end of August through March. They will perform at our program showcase in January, and they will expo at two competitions, one in February and one in March. This team is a fun way to introduce younger athletes to the sport so they can have fun while learning what it’s all about.
