Risks of physical injury and property damage:

Voluntary participation and releasing the venue from claims, including negligence:

  1. Waiver and Release of Liability: Voluntary Participation: Participation is voluntary and subjects the player to potential risks of physical injury (ranging from minor to serious or death) and property damage.

Release of Liability:
Quarter Kings is not to be held liable (and its owners, employees, etc.) from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, and attorney's fees arising from, related to, or resulting from these risks, even if caused by negligence.

Physical Fitness:
Players should acknowledge that they are physically fit to participate and haven't been advised otherwise by a healthcare professional.

Scope of Release:
The release covers Quarter King of all aspects of the venue, including the building, pool tables, equipment, and related areas of anything damaged.

Legal Binding:
This waiver is to be clearly stated as legally binding and effective on the participant and their heirs, next of kin, etc.

  1. Specific Clauses to Consider: Supervision: Please no unsupervised children. Children should not disrupt other members. You will be asked to leave and are responsible for any damage. Substance Use: There is no alcohol sold in the facility. No substance use is allowed.
