We will follow the World Adult Kickball Association's (WAKA) rules and guidelines for playing kickball. You can view, download and save the rules below. Shorthand rules are also included to give an overall view of the game.
In general, games are played with 11 fielders, 7 innings (if time allows - no more than 55 minutes), 2 base coaches, bouncies, bunting allowed, no head shots, one base on an overthrow, forced outs, and no ghost men. A minimum of 8 players (4 of each gender) must field to a maximum of 11 players. An extra base (safety base) will be used for runners traveling from home plate. Each team kicks in an inning. Once there are 3 outs, the other team kicks. Once both teams have kicked, the inning is over.
