Instructions for Registering: Please Read before proceeding.

Welcome to Scotland Elementary Online Sports Registration Page. Moving forward, I will use this page as a hub to complete registrations for all Scotland Elementary Athletics for the time being. I will no longer be holding an in person registration at the school. As a new sports season approaches, The the information will be disseminated on this site, and I will also put in request to have it shared on Class Dojo. There will no longer be flyers sent home with your child or children.

There are two ways you may register your child:
I encourage you to use Playpass to complete your registration online as it is the most effective way to register.
Click on each form on the home page to complete, sign and download. Once completed, Click on Register Now for payment. Choose a selection for payment amount based on your needs. There are several to choose from: Registration Only, Registration +Jersey, Registration + Shorts, or Registration +Jersey+Shorts. If you are ordering a uniform, please be sure to add at least two jersey numbers on the form. Jersey numbers on the same team cannot be doubled! If you are using a Jersey from a past season, please email the jersey number to willardmi99@gmail.com. The order form is located under more Information on the home page. All forms registration forms are in PDF format and may be edited to add information, and electronic signatures will be accepted. This format will allow you to pay online.

If you chose to print the forms and manually fill them out, please mail them to Michele Willard, 553 Franklin Square Drive, 17201. If you are submitting a check for payment, make it payable to "Scotland Athletic Fund". NOTE!! IF You chose to register by mail, the forms MUST be to me by Nov 17th. I will NOT be accepting any late registrations as the information is due by 20th.

ALL Waiver forms must be completed, signed and submitted, to register your child/ren for the upcoming season. The required forms include the Sport's Emergency Information Form, The Participant's Permission Slip/Parent's Pledge, and the Concussion Waiver. The Return to Play COVID-19 Regulations and the Parent Letter must be reviewed before the start of the season.
