Online Registration Instructions

Welcome to the Scotland Elementary Online Sports Registration Page.

There are two ways you may register your child:

1 - Online using PlayPass. Fill out the included forms using PDF and submit payment using a credit card.

2 - Mail all forms to Mark Zucca at 121 Granny Smith Lane, Fayetteville, PA, 17222. All forms MUST be received by the registration deadline. Make any checks out to "Scotland Athletic Fund."

ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

From the Homepage, Click "Search". Click on "Scotland Elementary Soccer Spring 2024".

Choose a registration selection. Download, complete and save the required waiver forms to register.

Required forms are:

1. Youth Sports Emergency Information
2. Participant's Permission Slip and Parents' Pledge of Conduct(same form).
3. Uniform Order (leave blank if not ordering a uniform)

ALL FORMS(No Photos) MUST BE COMPLETED AND UPLOADED BEFORE YOU CLICK "Register Now" for payment and completion of the registration process.

2. Registration +Full Uniform

All registration forms are in PDF format and may be edited to add information. Electronic signatures will be accepted. The preferred payment is through the site.
