1. Where and when are the ref courses taking place?

Date and time: 15th November, Friday. 1/2 day
9 am start. 8.30 am registration and collection of material.

Level 2
Date and time: 15th November, Friday. 1/2 day
1 pm start. 12.30 pm registration and collection of material.

2. How many players per team?
A. Maximum 14.

3. How many women must be on the field at all times for mixed teams?
A. Mixed Div 1: minimum 3 females. Mixed Div 2, 3, Juniors: minimum 2 females.

4. What time should I arrive at the fields?
A. 7am

5. Is food and drink available for purchase at the field?
A. Yes, a simple breakfast can be purchases as well as lunch and drinks. Cash, WeChat, Alipay will be accepted (no international credit cards).

6. Will there be water at the fields?
A. Yes there will be free water available. There are no plastic cups, please bring your own water bottles

7. Are there showers and changing rooms at the fields?
A. Yes.

8. Will we definitely get a seat on the buses?
A. There should be enough space for everyone, but we don’t know exactly how many people will take the bus, so first on first served, in case you don’t catch one you’ll need to take a taxi to the locations.

9. How do I get discounted drinks at the after-party?
A. Keep your dinner wristband and show it to the bar staff

10. When can my team get its dinner wristbands/tickets?
A. In the afternoon from the control tent. Only 1 person from each team/club should pick them up, the name of the person should have already been given to the tournament organisers.

11. Are there tents for teams?
A. Yes, each team will have a tent, look for your team’s name.

12. Will there be physiotherapists?
A. Yes, at the centre of the field.

13. What tournament items are on sale this year?
A. There are souvenir T-shirts, Shanghai Touch-Steeden balls and Visors.

14. What happens if two teams have the same coloured shirts?
A. One team will play with their shirts turned inside-out.

15. Are there quantity discounts for beer at the field?
A. Yes, buy 3, get 1 free, RMB 60 per jug.

16. What is the game length?
A. 20 minutes straight, no half time.

17. What should I do if I have any queries about a game?
A. Go to the control tent in the centre of the ground and discuss with the officials.

18. What happens if a team doesn’t show up on time to a game?
A. They will forfeit that game 0 - 2
